Category : Golden Swan Country Club is the first country club of Mumbai and the oldest and biggest club of Thane.

Challenge : Due to Covid-19, the club membership had dropped. Also decline in existing member engagement was spotted.

Action Taken: Several action were taken such as –

  • Email marketing - Mailers designing, coding and management for online events during Covid for club members.
  • Their brand tariffs were also up notched for better consumer connect.

Insights & Learning : A good design connects with all and imparts brand messaging effectively.

Impact : The brand received positive feedback. Also, engagement with consumers with online events on social media as a strategy was well perceived.
